The apartment is rented out during the entire year.

Included in the rent is everything, which means bedlinen and towels for use indoors for up to four people, electricity and water, A/C, Internet/WiFi, IPTV with a large selection of scandinavian and international channels and final cleaning.

In the weekly rental one set of bedlinen and towels per person is included in the rent. It is only if you stay longer than one week that double sets of bedlinen and towels per person is included.

Winter period (05/11-2016 - 03/06-2017)
Monthly rental:
1 month: 925 euro
If the apartment is rented at least two months in a row, the price is 870 euros per month.
Weekly rental:
18/12-2016 - 01/01-2017: 398 euro/week
01/01-2017 - 08/04-2017: 318 euro/week
08/04-2017 - 22/04-2017: 387 euro/week
22/04-2017 - 03/06-2017: 425 euro/week

Summer period 2017 (03/06-2017 - 04/11-2017)

If the apartment is rented at least two months in a row, the price is 935 euros per month.

04/11-2017 - 16/12-2017: 349 euro/week
16/12-2017 - 01/01-2018: 425 euro/week

Booking terms and conditions
At the booking time a reservation fee of 20% of the total rental amount is to be paid to the bank account stated in our booking confirmation. Within a week the amount is to be in the account.

Remaining 80% is to be paid not later than one month before the rental period starts. If the payment is not due in time we keep the right to rebook the apartment with another customer. For customers who book with shorter time than one month to the rental periods beginning, the total rental amount is to be paid at booking.

At an eventual cancellation that takes place within 4 weeks before the starting of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is repaid. A cancellation done later than 4 weeks before the starting of the rental period is not repayable.

The reservation fee of 20% is not refundable if the booking is regretted.


Rental terms
Check in earliest at 4 pm and check out latest at 10 am. At check in our service staff will meet up at the entrance of the house to hand over the keys, at check out keys are left in the apartment.

In the apartment there is a turquoise file with information from our homepage as well as practical information regarding passwords and where to find instructionmanuals. In this file is also an inventory list on everything in the apartment. Before your departure please check against this list and replace the consumer items you have used with new, comparable ones, and please leave the apartment in a nice state. At final cleaning our service staff carry out a survey of the apartment. If A/C is used for cooling please close balcony doors and windows when it is actuated.

We hope that you will feel for and regard the apartment as your home during the period of your stay, and treat it as such. However if anything gets damaged in the apartment, please identify this on the inventory list in this turquoise file and then please get in contact with us. If damages do occure they are to be paid for by the renter.

We are not responsible for lost property, illness and similar occurrences, also not if someone or something in someway disturbs your stay or if electricity or water goes missing due to occurrences outside our control. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
